That Personal Touch

I have been working in administration fields for over 20 years. With experience in many roles from Reception, Bookkeeping, Health and Safety Consulting, Health and Safety Management, Project Coordination and Operations Management. Each of these roles taught me valuable lessons about how every facet of a business works together and how implementing a streamlined and efficient system to help this process can remarkably and positively influence an organisation's growth.​


I founded Adelita's because, throughout my years of experience, I found my passion lies in helping small businesses thrive and succeed. I also realised that, like me, many small business owners start a business because they have an idea and become successful because they are good at what they do. But being successful means your time becomes precious, and often there needs more time in the day. Delays in administrative works, such as quoting, invoicing, email management and payment to debtors, can significantly negatively influence small businesses and often lead to their closures.​


One of the critical elements to the success of a business is excellent administration support, but I understand this is an overhead cost many companies need help to afford. That is where Adelita's comes into play; we are targeting small to medium businesses that need expert advice in multiple fields without employing a whole administrative staff.
